How to do a clean un-install & install of Outlook 2002?

Hello
I'm having some issues from some 3rd party add-ons to Outlook 2002 and would like to do a clean un-install/install of Outlook. I've tried using the add/remove from the control panel to un-install/install Outlook but it must leave tons of stuff because my preferences and issues are still there. I looked everywhere for any docs on a clean un-install/install of OL 2002 but have found nothing.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello translux,

Check out download.microsoft.com and search for keyword: eraser

This will display the eraser utility. Granted, it is for Office 2000 and Office 97. I don't think they have created one (yet) for Office 2002(XP).

However, if you are desperate you might want to give it a try.
