Hi,

Its possible to see connected parties with commands like CTCOP, CTDEI, LSCOP.

But how is it possible to see who is the A-party (calling) and who is B-party (called)?

in TSE 3.x you have the call_trace -dir x command that will do thos.
with MD110 you're out of luck (must use STUNI for call traces).

cpux10,

yes you can tell, it will show EQU postion of the extensions however if the call is exernal it will only show the EQU of the Trunck line.

as whordaddy said there has been some changes to call traces with Mx-one however these traces still give similar
results.

what do you mean? All of the calls I'm considering are external. I just want to know if its an incoming call o outgoing call.

no worries are your trunks programmed for both way or do you have dedicated incomming link.... eg incomming and outgoing?????

what version system do you work on???

will post examples for you to try....

Trunks are both way, we have both TL11 and SL60.
Version is TSW SP5.

One option to check for incoming and outgoing calls is the controller UNIT in LSCOP, if it´s an incoming call the controller unit should be TLP11 or SLP60, if it´s an outgoing call the controller unit should be ELP6 or KLP1T.

Hope it helps.

what results are wanting from the trace
