How to display tool tips at run time

For example, I have an office Report. The office name is too long to be there. So I only list the office ID.

If the people want to know office name, I want them to put mouse over the office ID, then office name will appear as tool tip.

I use Formula, which is the office name, as the tool tip text. But all the office ID get the same name: the first office's name.

What can I do to show the office name dynamically?

You can't do any of that in Microsoft SQL Server, it doesn't have that functionality. What are you using? You might want to post in an appropriate forum.
