How to display the SMARTBAR in oracle forms?

I've been trying to display the smartbar in my oracle forms, when I compile them locally I see the smartbar and the default menu, but when I upload to the Application server, I loose the SMARTBAR, the default menu is visible and working, but the SMARTBAR disapear.

Please help me,
