how to display the help by using HTML help workshop

I don't know how to use HTML help workshop to make the "help" for each control when I press a button, designed to display the help in the form.
The idea is this: When I click the help button and then I click a control in the form, a help window must appear in the form, showing the help for that control.
Can anybody help me?
