Hello all,

I created some reports in the MS access for # of books Borrowed / Returned each month for each type . Now I want to get the data along with the report.
I can select show data table option to display the data but my problem is that I want to get the data and also want to calculate the total number of books of each type, i.e I want to display sum of two columns of data table along with the columns. Is it possible to do that in ms access?

Thanks,
Blyssz

You could create a report with the totals, and then maybe use this to print the data?
Code:
OutputTo Method Example

The following example outputs the Employees table in rich-text format (.rtf) to the Employee.rtf file and immediately opens the file in Microsoft Word for Windows:

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputTable, "Employees", acFormatRTF, "Employee.rtf", True

Ever notice how fast Windows runs? Me neither.
