How to display the agent status on the phone?

Hi,

Does anyone of you knows how to display with a LED or on the LCD the status of the ACD agents?

It sounds like you want to implement a shared line appearance or busy lamp field. This depends a lot on what phone you're using. See the asterisk 'hint' command or look up SLA in voip-info.org
