how to display page no's in on-demand subreports

Hi,

How can i display the page nos(on each page) in on-demand subreports.

the short answer is that you cannot...there is no Page header or footer in subreports and Crystal doesn't know the page number while in the Subreport unless you pass it in as a shared variable...but even then...it won't tell you during the report generation when you are on a new page.

You might be able to fake it depending on your report structure....ie...create the subreport such that each grouping was exactly 1 page and then in the group footer make a Page number indication and increment it manually.

If that is possible you might be able to do it.
