How to display name which matches with CLID and Phonebook

Hi all,

Some PBX has own directory for external call information.
So if a Call information matched with directory, the name would be displayed on Digital or IP Phone.

So I would like to use this kind of feature with DEFINITY(Avaya Communication 1.3)

Any idea who else?

definity have no directory, unfortunately. the one way i know to make it is through using cti. or some external equipment.
