I NEED TO PRESINT A .JPG FILE THAT HAVE A STRICT DIMENSION,AND I WANT TO PUT IT IN A WINDOW. THE PROBLEM IS THAT BROWSE WITH FILL IS NOT CENTRING THE FOTO ON MIDDLE OF THE WINDOW. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

Assuming I understand your question and you are using an .Image control to display your *.jpg file, you can centre the .Image control in your form with:-

WITH THISFORM
[tab].Image1.Left = (.Width - .Image1.Width) / 2
[tab].Image1.Top = (.Height - .Image1.Height) / 2
