How to display a picture on the form?

I have created an OLE OBJECT for one of the control. I have decided not to store the picture in the database (embedded) rather to link it (linked). So I have changed the property to "linked". Now how do I display the image automatically on the form when it is opened.

The way I have it now is that it just shows the path of the picture in a box and the user has to double click it to open the picture. Now conveneinet.
