I have PDFs stored on a server. I want to be able to allow viewing of the PDF within flash.

What do I need to do within Flash to allow this?

Also, how do I populate a tree that reflects the fle system structure and contents of the server? (where the PDFs are stored)

If that is possible, is it possible that the PDF can be printed locally?

As for the PDF as far as I know it cannot be displayed within flash.
For the tree have a look at and search for the word "tree". There are several components that might solve your issue. [thumbsup]

Perhaps I should back up a bit ...

I would LIKE to have a browser pointing at a remote server - I want the browser to be able to display a tree showing part of the server's file-system (e.g. class/group/job/divison).

The user would select a division (the lowest level) and a clock a button. This should display the PDF located at that level.

So, perhaps, it's not Flash that does the display - maybe a straight-forward HTML page would do it. Unfortunately, I don't know how to put all that together!

Any ideas?
