How to displat CLI in voicemail to email message

MXe 10.1 NuPoint lastest build.

This is my first build of NuPoint, so please be patient.

I've got voicemail to email working, but every message shows caller unknown, and yet the set prior to going to voicemail is clearly showing the CLI. So somewhere between the MXe and NuPoint the CLI is going missing.

Any ideas?

Check the FCOS that the mailbox is using on nupoint. If youre seeing CID on the phone, the your MXe's COS is correct. I'll see if 260-264 and option 280 checked.

260 Allow NP PWG View user to have Caller ID lookup
261 Allow NP PWG View WEB access to messages.
262 Store Caller Line Id as a phone number
263 Store Caller Line Id as a phone or mailbox number
264 Play outside caller user interface (with FCOS bit 280)
280 Enable CLI Outside caller interface (with FCOS bit 264)

Play with those options and see if it works.
