Hi
I have 2 lines that are connected to the same number. The 71777381 and 71317131 are on the same number 4433. I wanna remove the 71777381. Please i'm very new to the MD110 and be patient.

Can you please type for me all the commands to do this with their comment, so i can understand what i'm doing.

Thanks for your help

It sounds like perhaps you have several MDN's or ADN's on 4433. Try typing this: "SUDIP:DIR=4433;" (without the quotes). (I am assuming this is a digital phone). You might post the results here.

An ADN (Additional Directory Number) will show under "Extention Terminal Data" and an MDN (Multiple Directory Number) will show under "Digital Extension Function Key Data"

If that's what you have, KSANE will remove an ADN, and KSMDE will remove an MDN. It's pretty simple, just KSANE:DIR=xxxx; Or KSMDE, as the case may be.
