How to disactivate Fctn 85 (do no disturb) to an outgoing line

I need your help can someone tell me how to disactivate do not disturb on a phone line!!

it is based on a per phone basis (not per line)
to de-activate it, go to the phone, leave the reciever on hook and press:

If you don want the users to have access to this function use set lock
