Is ther a way in Designer to Disable/Hide the "Terms" field in the A/R customer maintenance screen.
I attempted to set a short list of terms that accounting does not have to approve, but if that screen is used to update an address etc. it will change the existing terms to the top one in the list.
I have hidden the lookup list.
If I allow "additional entries" all the user has to do is type it in.
How can I secure this field.
