HOW to disable Stdout los file ?

I am using Tomcat 4.1.24 with IIS 5 and I have got the following problem : Sometimes the log file Stdout.txt grow too fast until 1.5 Gbyte and then crash the web server . Probably it is due to some bad code in one application but, this must not crash the entire system!

So what can i do eith stdout.txt ? how can i disable it ?
