has anyone come across how to disable this? It's the hotkey combination to enable High Contrast mode.
We have domain users who think it's a laugh to enable High Contrast BEFORE login and then watch less-skilled users struggle to turn it off.
I've not found a GPO to do this, and the fact that the users can do it independent of their user account (before login) means I can't use things like login scripts to disable certain keys or permitted window titles checks.
