We run Symantec Anti-Virus 10.1.4.4000. I have a user who has a Windows mobile PC and he cannot sync to his outlook. I think it might have to do with Symantec script blocking being enabled. Does that sound like a possibility and if so is there a way to disable it? I am not so sure that I will disable it but I'm just wondering.

I doubt it's Symantec. It's definately possible, but I haven't run into that issue myself.

What are the symptoms? Does he get an error message? Is the device recognized, and are the proper drivers installed?
