We have a system wide revert DN defined under the Messaging/Messaging Management Special DNs. If i go into a regular mailbox and blank out the revert dn field, it defaults to the system revert dn. the only way i can seem to disable revert is to: make a new fully restricted RPL. make a new mailbox class and assign that RPL to the revert dn of the class. When the caller presses 0 the system tries to transfer and says it cant. it seems that there would be a better way do this.

Where do you want it to go? if you don't want it to do anything and stay on the same extension then just put it's own extension in the revert DN. i.e. extension 7000 the revert DN is 7000 then if someone presses 0 it will just stay at that extension.

I just want it to ignore the command, do nothing. Or even say invalid command. the caller is already at the persons VM box.
