Hi,
Can anyone help me on how to hide the restore button on a non-pop up form. The form in question is my main form which should not be minimised, closed or restored until the entire application is closed. I have set the Min Max Buttons property to None but the restore button refuses to go away.

Thanks John but it did not work. All the buttons have dissappered but the restore button remains visble

Setting Control Box to No gets rid of all the buttons.

The Control Box Setting works on the other buttons like Max, Min and close but the restore button remains. In fact I realised it will only disappear when no menu bar is visible. Once I bring back my menu bar, it comes back.

Can I ask which version and service pack of Access you are using please?

Also, certain properties of this particular form:
* Default View
* Border Style
* Min Max Buttons
* Close Button
* Whats This Button
* Popup
* Modal
* Menu Bar (custom one for this form, not application level)

I've just tried on a test database and setting the Control Box to none as Remou suggests does indeed remove all of the buttons.

John

Sounds like you have maximized your form. Is that the case?
