How to disable "Take a tour of Windows XP" by GPO

I'm trying to disable "Take a tour of Windows XP" and the registration for a .net passport by GPO.
But i cannot find the policy setting. We are using W2003 domain with AD and XP clients.
Is this default not available? Do i have to create a seperate adm template?

Pls. help
