How to disable PRI channels 17-23 on a BCM50 using the TUI

Can anyone recall how to disable or unprovision PRI B channels using the TUI? The PRI in located in the 1st Exp Cab, they are switching providers and going from 23 B's to like 16. I think maybe under hardware but then what? I can do it in Element Manager but do not have access to that for this job. Thanks in advance.
