How to disable network port on ip phones for small group only?

I need to disable the network port for 20 9608 phones but only for that group who happens to be in the same network scope as the main group. Is there a way to do this in the text file?

h323 - set the group in the station form.

..and then modify the 46xxsettings.txt file to disable the PC port for that group.
