I read many replies on how to do this on BC9-BC11.
The last one said for BC11 to set ASPAC;PARNUM=100,PARVAL=7 to disable both intrusion and conference tone.
If I look at the setting of parnum 100, I see it is already set to 7, however I still have the tone on conferences.

I have an MD110, BC12 SP7KPN R4A and am in the Netherlands.

KPN insists they can only fix this themselves, I don't buy that.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Short answer
ASPAC:pARNUM=100,PARVAL=0;

If anything can go wrong, it will.

(Murphy's Law)

Parval is a sum of values as below

0 - No tones
1 – Provide tone for normal conference
2 – Provide tone for operator conference
4 – Provide tone for normal intrusion
8 – Provide tone for ACD intrusion

7 is default value and means that all tones (normal & operator conference and normal intrusion ) are enable.

To disable only normal conference and intrusion tones PARVAL =2,

If anything can go wrong, it will.
