How to disable CLI for a specific DN

for analog sets LD 10 i try
CNAD (CLASS Calling Name Denied.)
CNDD) Call Number Display Denied. Allowed if WRLS = YES. and my WRLS = NO
(CNID) Call Number Information Denied
(CNUD) CLASS Calling Number Delivery Denied.
i can use only one option disable name display or Number display if i try both it outs the DN and i have to create new one on that TN
i do i setup them combined
