Hi everyone,

I am relatively a rookie at using our CS1000, I was kinda thrown into it. Anyway, we have about 800 or so auth codes in our system. I need to disable the codes all together. Our company will no longer use ld codes. So I need to know if there is a way to turn off the codes. I really do not want to go through and change each user, so can I turn it off totally somewhere?

If you are new at this, the first thing to do is print BARS
to learn basic BARS, start here:
It isn't as easy as you'd think, because the phones are set to a low NCOS and the Auth code is what raises their capability.

The fast and somewhat risky way to do it is to set the FRL in the Route List Entries to a lower number and then set the MFRL to a lower number.

To place a call, the users NCOS must meet or exceed the FRL. Lowering the FRL accomplishes that.

All the work can be done in LD86 after you know what each RLI is for.
