How to disable all functions in Excel??

Well, i want to disable the functions in Excel, so anybody can use it and enable when I decide.

You'll need to protect the sheet.

By default, all cells are "locked", so when you protect a sheet-NO cells can be changed. What you want to do is this:

If you're locking just a few cells, do #1. If you're locking most of the cells, do #2.

1. Hit ctrl-a, Format-Cells, Protection tab. Unselect locked. Now, select only the cells you want to lock and Format-Cells, Protection tab, locked. Then Tools-Protect-Worksheet.

2. Select only the cells you want to UNlock and Format-Cells, Protection tab, remove locked checkbox. Then Tools-Protect-Worksheet.

I assume you'll want to lock only cells that contain formulas.
