Guys, I have an office complex to cover with Wi-fi. Its a two storey building +100m long and about 30m wide.

How best can I come up to a position to say, this building need x number of Wi-fi access points (say LinkSys AP-SRX), with minimum black spots?

You really need to do a site survey. This is a physical testing of the range of the wireless in your building. Things like building materials, wall configuration, interference can all effect the range. To do this cheap, you could pick up 1 AP and use the free download of Netstumber. Move the AP around in each area to determine how much area you can cover. If I were to guess, I would guess that you may need 4 access points. One on each end of the building and on each floor.
