How to dial the last number called this station?

Is it possible to dial the last number that called a particular extension?

For example, somebody called me and I saw their number on the display. Later I do not remember that number but I want to call back. Is there a FAC or something I can use to dial that number?

System: S8500 V3.1
Phones: 6408D+

not with the 6000 series phones, if you had a 24XX, 46XX, 96XX, then you could because they have a call log.

For external calls this may be possible, on system features you can enable LWC log external calls and then enable this on the station page 2, you would need a messsage retrieval and next button too

but this won't work for internal extensions and it depends what software you are running

if you have a bri card you could install an 8510 isdn phone, they have a call log
