How to Diable a Partition Drive ?

Dear All :
I have a need to disable a specific Partition on my Storage Volumes ...
I need to batch this in a command line ...

Any Advise ?

Is this partition already created/formatted? You can try using the mountvol command (don't know if it is avail in Win2K)
You can also try the diskpart command to activate/disable volumes.
