How to develop peer-tp-peer system

Hi everyone,

Can you guys tell me how to develop peer-to-peer system, like Napster? waht Language shall I use and what kinda resources shall I obtain beforehand?

Ummm... on the same scale as Napster, or just in your neighborhood? The resource question kinda rides on that. If you want to create Napster's sequel, secure some VC funding in the seven- or eight-figure range and work from there. What language to use is mostly dependent on what language you know best, C++ and VB being two decent choices.
