How to develop a plug-in

Hi!

I am newbie on Lotus programming but I would like to develop a plug-in for outgoing email. I do not know where start, I have been looking for tutorials / books on internet but none seems to talk about this topic.

I also concern about plug-in installation, language programming, etc.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed.
