I am looking at a card that requires PCI 2.2. Nowhere on the net or my Dell docs can I find reference to what revision of the PCI spec this PowerEdge 1400SC, circa 2001, is.

It is currently running Red Hat 6.2 and the /proc/pci says:
PCI devices found:
Bus 0, device 0, function 0:
Host bridge: Unknown vendor CNB30LE PCI Bridge (rev 6).
Medium devsel. Master Capable. Latency=48.
Bus 0, device 0, function 1:
Host bridge: Unknown vendor CNB30LE PCI Bridge (rev 6).
Medium devsel. Master Capable. Latency=48.
Bus 0, device 2, function 0:

Any help would be appreciated.
