How to determine MCC cabinets power consumed and heat generated?

First of all, does anyone have this info already? What I'm looking for is how much power is consumed by a MCC cabinet with 4 carriers installed (also the little battery charger at the bottom)...so we can understand how much the electric cost is per month. Also looking for how much heat is generated (which is gong to relate to how much cooling we need).

If nobody has this handy already, I can try to dig it up in one of the manuals.

apc.com also has a great calculator that has a "telecom equipment" section referencing different Avaya servers, cabinets, gateways, etc....

The tool is called something like "UPS selector" or "UPS configurator"
