Greetings all,

I am have been task to find out how many DID numbers we current have in use. Apologies, in that I am not an expert on this system and was handed it when the other person left without having any training. Is there a command that I can type on to list those DIDs numbers out and perhaps even list which DIDs are been utilized?

I do thank you all in advance.

Cheers,

Richard

No commands like that exist. You absolutely will have to contact your LEC to find out what DID numbers terminate at your circuits.

Hello randycarroll,

I do thank you for you quick response. We will contact our LEC then to find out.

Cheers,

Richard

Hello randycarroll,

I do apologize for bothering you today, but, is there a way to find out what numbers are in use by our system?

Thanks,

Richard

No reliable way unfortunately. It's like that by design though -- the PBX simply accepts digits over a trunk and routes them that way, there isn't a list of "accept calls for 555-555-5555". You could do something like a "list station" and see which of those numbers match with KNOWN DID ranges, but if you see a number in there with out a known range attached to it, it may or may not be connected to your PBX.

Hello randycarroll,

Once again, I do thank you for your answer. Enjoy your weekend.

Richard
