How to determine date user was created

I'm not sure if this would help but you could probably check the dates on the files in the user's profile to see when the profile was created or check for logon events in event viewer if you have auditing of logon events or other events enabled and look for the first time the user is listed. I'm going to check this myself and see if it works.
