How to detect which processes use which sockets?

We're on HPUX 11.11 and debugging some Apache/BRIO On-demand-server issues. We think the Apache CGI engine has gotten all balled up, so we just want to understand what processes are currently attached to which sockets.

Is there a flavor of "netstat" which should do this? The "-a" switch gives socket numbers and translates to service names from "/etc/services"...

The tool for this is "lsof". This is a freely downloadable utility that has been ported to numerous Unix platforms. You can get the HP 11i binary from:
