How to deply multiple website in IIS with script

I have 300+ website to deploy. Is there a script or built-in IIS vbs to deploy all at once. All the physical folder is located within inetpub and also, I will also need to create a Virtual Directory for each of the website. Permission are all teh same, just allow anaoymous.

Example
ABC.com c:\inetpub\abc
DEF.com c:\inetpub\def
GHI.com c:\inetpub\ghi

and each of the website will have a virtual directory
ex:
virtualdir c:\globalsettings
