but when i ask my friends to try at their side....

but when they ping 222.222.222.222, my server responding to them :(
what shld i do in order for them to access my page?

a lot of times if you are hosting your webserver on a broadband connection, these isps will block you from hosting on the regular port 80. you can get around this a lot of times by changing the port number of your web server to something else (1234 for example) and then passing your link around like this:

you can change your port number by going into the iis manager, right clicking your website application, click properties and changing the tcp port #. hope this helps.

if you do change your port# and you are behind a firewall, remember to allow the new port access.
