How to deploy application & with what installation software

I need help deploying an small project developed using Borland C++ Builder 6. I try Installshield Devstudio 9 evaluation version and it's excellent but too expensive. I am wondering if DeployMaster is effective by detecting and deploying all the dependent files …. Any has any idea?

Any suggestions about any deployment tools will be appreciated. I am also using database connections trough jet4. Is this good or should I use ODBC. How do I deploy database connection with the application?
