1. How to set the window size so that the user couln not change its size.(not movie size,but window size!!!)

2.How to make the text FLASH dissapeare from the caption bar and write there something else??? On the player window..
in .exe file

If you're using the standalone player (***.exe file)... Don't think you can unable resize, and don't think you could get rid of the FLASH title either!
Could you get rid of the REALPLAYER title using the RealPlayer?

Embed your movie in a non resizable popup... You'll get rid of the FLASH player title at the same time.

The only utility I know of which can perform the removal of the title or replacement with one of your own is a third-party tool called Swiffcanvas:
