How to deny access to MSN Messenger

Hi !

I tried to disable the access to MSN Messenger ant it does'nt work. I established a deny protocol rule on the MSN Messenger protocol and it still be able to pass thru ISA...

What can I do ?

isa server already has a protocol defined for msn messenger.

so u don't have to define a new protocol rule.

can u please elaborate on the scenario u have there like the server and workstation and where have u installed isa server.
