How to delete record with #Error

I have a #Error on every fields of my record. When I try to delete the record it says "Invalid argument". How do I delete this particular record?

The workaround that I use is to create a make table query based on your original table that appends records prior to the ERROR record. Then change the query to an append query and append the records following the ERROR record. You then need to rename tables and recreate indexes and relationships.

Have you tried Compact&Repair on the database?
