One user at out site has sent out several emails with the delayed delivery option. Each of these emails will go to hundreds of recipients. Is there ANY way to delete these messages within Exchange 5.5 before they are delivered? I know about recalling messages, but that is not what we want to do. There are several administrators of the system, but none of knows how to delete an undelivered email.

Go to the server, exchange admin. open up the connections and you should see the internet connection key. Open this and select queues. See if it is in there. If it is purely internal, then in theory it is still in the outbox of the user. Log on as the user and check the outbox. Remove as required. If you do not know the users password, log on as administrator to the workstation and you should get into their email...
