How to delete company name from refurbished M3904 phone

I puchased a refurbished M3904 phone that has the former companies name appearing on the display. I am unable to figure out how to remove it.

Under Options on the set you probably need to restore all Feature Key Labels. Where exactly is this name showing up? On one of the keys or in the middle left of the screen?
