I am using MM 5.2 with 2 Mas servers and an MSS. If you were to go into a mailbox, record a message and send to the broadcast ELA that gets scheduled to go out 2 days from now.. if the user changed his mind and didn't want it to go out how do you go into the system and retrieve it back? I don't hear any prompts in the tui to go in and delete this message.

How to delete a scheduled recorded message

Check the Broadcast system mailbox to see if it is there and delete it.

For testing purposes you should setup a separate ELA to work with where maybe only your mailbox (or a couple of test mailboxes) are a part of.
