How to delete a huge email 1

I know I should have put limits on but someone tried to send a 1gb email to someone internally. Now we can not delete it from thier inbox. Should I go into the M: drive and delete it from thier?

I was able to delete it. I took off preview pane and that let me delete it immediately.

omfg, what was the e-mail made of? A Bitmap? Just curious...

For reference, you could use webmail to delete it or use a POP client like Popcorn to download the headers and delete it remotely.

One of our *wonderful* users decided to create a powerpoint presentation with pictures of a party and send them to another user. I can only imagine that they downloaded the pics from the camera and never compressed them and each pic was probably a few megs or so.
