How to Delete a Global Variable

Bring up the Project Browser (View -> Project Browser)
Filter the contents by clicking on the Filter icon. This will bring up the Browser Options window.
Make sure the Members filter:Variables box is checked. Click OK.
When you return to the Project Browser, expand the Symbols folder and you will see any global variables which you may now select and delete.
