How to customize default X window login page?

Dear anybody,

Pls help me on this. Tired of found several guides, but still no change. I just want to change the "Welcome to hostname" to "Welcome to Denai-X Internet Server" and if possible to change the redhat logo with my logo. Anybody pls...
